General terms and conditions of CRA-Portal.eu
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements between CRA-Portal.eu (a trade name of Woon IoT BV, registered in The Netherlands) and its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Deviations from these terms are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing.
CRA-Portal.eu provides CRA compliance advisory, assessment and implementation support services. Our services are delivered on a best-effort basis. While we apply our expertise and experience to guide clients toward CRA compliance, we do not guarantee specific regulatory outcomes. Final compliance decisions rest with the relevant market surveillance authorities.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are valid for the duration specified in the quotation, or for 30 days if no duration is specified. CRA-Portal.eu reserves the right to adjust prices for ongoing services with 30 days written notice.
Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. For project-based work, payment is typically structured in milestones. Late payments are subject to statutory interest. All costs incurred in collecting overdue payments, including legal fees, will be charged to the client.
CRA-Portal.eu's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
All materials, methodologies, templates and tools developed by CRA-Portal.eu remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables produced during their engagement for their own internal purposes only. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of our materials without written permission is prohibited.
CRA-Portal.eu processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
