We process personal data you provide to us via the contact form or by email: name, email address, phone number and company details. We do not collect special categories of personal data or data from minors.
Your data is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal or schedule a meeting. We do not send newsletters or marketing messages without your explicit consent. We never sell your data to third parties.
Contact details of prospects are retained for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact. Client data is retained in accordance with statutory retention periods (financial records: 7 years).
We do not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of an agreement or required by law. Where we use processors (e.g. email software), we conclude a data processing agreement in accordance with the GDPR.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise your rights by emailing info@cra-portal.eu. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy. The most current version is always available at cra-portal.eu/privacy. In the event of material changes we will inform you by email if we hold your contact details.
