Distributor obligations

CRA compliance for distributors

Distributors have specific verification obligations under the CRA. We help you keep your range compliant without unnecessary administrative burden.

The role of distributors under the CRA

As a distributor you place products with end users. The CRA makes you co-responsible for the compliance of products in your range. Careful supplier selection and thorough verification are your first line of protection.

Upon discovering non-conformity or safety risks you must inform the manufacturer, importer and competent authorities.
